1. DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently ship across India and the United Kingdom only.

2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking email.

3. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are shipped. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

4. I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Email us immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll update your address. Once dispatched, we're unable to make changes.

5. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

India (Standard: 3-7 business days)
United Kingdom (Standard: 5-10 business days)
Delivery times may vary during launches, holidays or custom processing.

6. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS?

International orders may be subject to customs duties depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

7. HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

Every product includes a detailed size guide. If you prefer an oversized fit, we recommend checking the measurements before ordering and then size up!

8. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be faulty or damaged. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order.

9. CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE?

Yes, subject to stock availability.
